All about yoga with Vie

With a chronic illness making me always tired I searched for something to help me feel better and I found yoga. After many years of practicing yoga, I wanted to share that with others so I embarked on a yoga teacher training journey. I’ve been teaching since 2014 offering classes for different levels and age groups. I want yoga to help you learn to listen to your body.

I teach yoga to find relaxation and help strengthen the body and mind. I offer a wide variety of classes and all levels are welcome!

Find which class resonates most with you:

Hatha/Yin

1 hr and 15-minute class where we start with more energetic, strengthening and balancing poses and we end with relaxing restorative poses and short mediation. Perfect for those wanting a bit of both!

Yin/Restorative

1hr and 15-minute class offering deep stretching and restorative poses. Poses are done with support and are held for longer periods. Class ends with a short meditation.

Chair Yoga

1hr class with most of the poses done sitting on a chair or using the chair as a prop but don’t be fooled, it’s still a good workout! It’s perfect for those who have a harder time with traditional floor exercises.

Children/Family/Teen Yoga

These 1hr classes are perfect to get children interested in yoga. We combine games and traditional yoga poses to create a class that is age-appropriate.

Baby and me yoga

These 1hr classes are offered for new parents and babies to do gentle yoga together. This class gives parent and baby a chance to bond while doing yoga!

Meditation

This 1hr and 15-minute class are all about guided meditations, visualizations, and relaxation. Class ends with either a mantra chant or sound bath.
